Dr. Ishraat Saira Wahid is a British-Bangladeshi academic and faculty member in the College of Business Administration at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, in 2019 and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), UK. Dr. Wahid has authored several peer-reviewed publications in the areas of Strategic Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Green Business, and Microfinance.
With over 20 years of combined professional and academic experience, Dr. Wahid has built a distinguished career spanning human resource management, administration, and higher education. Her teaching, research, and industry expertise enable her to bridge theory and practice, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary HRM challenges.
At PMU, Dr. Wahid is committed to promoting excellence in teaching, fostering innovation in human resource education, and preparing future HR professionals with the knowledge, skills, and ethical values required to succeed in an evolving global business environment.
